Looking Back with Gratitude

As 2024 comes quickly to a close, our thoughts turn to gratitude for all we’ve accomplished together this year as a network. We are improving our community’s health through better complex care management, more focus on preventing illness, and help in the “in-between spaces.”

I speak for the whole Trinsic team when I say how grateful we are to all of you who are committed to the wellness of your patients. We appreciate the hard work you all do on the front lines of health care, and we will continue to support your work into 2025.

To close off this year, I’m including a link to a video that highlights some of the benefits that Trinsic has brought to a few of your colleagues. Our care huddle program has just started, and we look forward to expanding the teamwork in the coming year.
